Ms. Laroche began her professional Reflexology training in the Ingham Method of Reflexology with the International Institute of Reflexology, St. Petersburg, FL. She holds advanced certification from the Laura Norman Reflexology Center, New York, NY.

Ms. Laroche is nationally certified in shoe fitting and assessment from the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society, the National Shoe Retailers Association, and the Pedorthic Footwear Association. She has completed post-graduate study programs on foot function, biomechanics, and advanced lower extremity assessment at Thomas Jefferson Medical University, Philadelphia, PA and the Hiss Medical Foot Clinic, Los Angeles, CA.

Ms. Laroche is a clinical consultant at Georgetown University Medical Center, the Center for Mind-Body Medicine, Arlington Hospital, and the Nordstrom Specialty Stores. Ms. Laroche has an office in Bethesda, MD.
